Requirements
- 7+ years building production web applications in a senior or lead front-end role
- Deep Angular expertise including standalone components signals or RxJS state dependency injection routing lazy loading and performance tuning
- Strong React experience with hooks modern rendering patterns and component composition
- Expert-level TypeScript with strong typing discipline generics and typed API contracts
- Front-end architecture judgment across state management module boundaries build tooling and dependencies
- Testing and quality discipline across unit component and end-to-end testing
- Experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs on Node.js Express backends
- Comfort with GitOps CI/CD and continuous delivery practices
- Self-starter with a bias for action and strong communication skills
- Must be a US citizen authorized to work in the United States

Day to day
- Own the UI experience layer for a next-generation training and workforce readiness platform
- Design and evolve front-end architecture for dashboards competency visualizations assessment flows and administration tools
- Create a reusable design system and component library that keeps the product consistent accessible and fast to build on
- Translate dense readiness and competency data into clear actionable interfaces with strong performance and thoughtful interaction design
- Collaborate with product design backend and customer-facing teams while mentoring engineers and improving delivery practices
