Draft and review legal documents including pleadings correspondence and discovery requests.  Assist in the discovery process including document collection Organization and coordination of depositions.  Prepare trial exhibits witness lists and trial binders and assist during trial proceedings.  Manage electronic filing of court documents ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines.  Provide administrative assistance to attorneys including scheduling travel arrangements and expense record maintenance.
