Finch Care

 Design playful &amp; delightful flows, interactions, and high-fidelity visuals for mental health exercises, gaming mechanics, and growth loops.  Prototype concrete solutions to ambiguous product challenges.  Create new design patterns that are intuitive and practical.  Evolve our design system intentionally as we scale.  Design product concepts that balance product vision, speed, and business potential.  Work cross-functionally with engineering, product design, character design and character animation.

 Play a vital role in evolving our app as our 5th engineer.  Work with high autonomy and speed in the full product development cycle from ideation to launch.  Engage cross-functionally with product and creative designers character animators and founders.
