 Support the growth of creator brands in our portfolio by assisting our digital marketing department on paid ads.  Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid media.  Optimise campaigns to deliver campaign objectives, monitore marketing metrics and analyse daily key metrics.

 We are seeking a highly motivated New Business and Operations Manager as we embark on the next phase of growth. This role requires hot project management skills, commercial understanding, ability to handle new business opportunities, and a razor-sharp eye for detailed execution. Manage the execution of all commercial activity including new product launches, restocks, sales, and all other promotional activities.  Translate the brand strategy into a clear execution plan across all business touch points consistently. Report on business performance regularly, analyzing and interrogating the numbers, and formulating data-led action plans to positively impact results.  Support with client meeting management, preparation, minutes, and project execution. Identify opportunities to grow the business, and manage the execution of this. Build a trusted relationship with the creator CEOs of the brand and act as the point person at Genflow.
