 Manage a diverse portfolio of awards in collaboration with program teams.  Provide expert negotiation and coordination on contract terms and amendments.  Ensure compliance with federal regulations and donor-specific requirements.  Serve as a key resource on compliance rules for federal funds and other donors.  Initiate and lead meetings to discuss compliance and support services.
