 Lead and manage internal and external customer projects with a focus on timely high-quality delivery.  Liaise with insurers&#39; project teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.  Oversee projects related to platform upgrades and research into AI uses within claims.  Establish and enhance Project Management practices and governance.  Serve as the primary liaison between the company and senior stakeholders.  Work across all aspects of the business including collaborating with the Agile software development team.  Coordinate with an offshore development team of 8 and an internal team of 11.  Utilise Jira and Agile methodologies for effective project management.  Collaborate with delivery leads to ensure cohesive project support and execution.  Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.
