ALISI was incorporated in March 2005 as the sales and marketing arm of Ayala Land for the Overseas Filipino market. It engages in selling and marketing real estate products owned and/or developed by Ayala Land, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Ayala Land Premier, Alveo Land Corp., Avida Land Corp. and Amaia Land Corp., within and outside the Philippines. ALISI began through road shows and participation in major events abroad, reaching overseas Filipinos across the globe. It has since expanded into the US and other regions including the Middle East, Asia, and Europe, and has grown its broker network with improved broker support. Today, ALISI continues to evolve through digital marketing channels and maintains a physical presence in San Francisco, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and New York.

Engage in the business of promoting and marketing real estate products including, but not limited to, land, buildings, condominium units, townhouses, apartments, house and lot packages and all other forms of real estate products which are owned and/or developed by Ayala Land, Inc. ALISI started doing road shows and participated in bigger events abroad that reached OF across the globe in 2007. These events paved the way for ALISI to explore other territories in the US and even Non-US areas such as the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. Consequently, it expanded its broker network with an improved broker-support. Today, ALISI still continues to grow and evolve as demanded by change and time. We have invaded the digital world through on-line chats, social network, web banners across targeted areas even in smart phone applications.
