 Conduct outreach to recruit and onboard new affiliates for client programs.  Review and process clients’ affiliate applications.  Manage and maintain reporting on affiliate program performance.  Assist with the creation and distribution of clients’ affiliate newsletters.  Track, analyze, and report on key metrics related to individual affiliate programs.  Provide regular performance feedback and recommendations to clients’ affiliates.  Analyze competitor affiliate programs and identify areas for improvement.  Manage the affiliate payment process ensuring timely and accurate payouts.
