Tephra Labs is building infrastructure to help large-scale decentralized human networks coordinate more effectively and support independent workers in thriving. Our first product, Radius, connects independent workers and teams to the best projects in web3. We are developing decentralized reputation systems, skills attestation protocols, a user-owned and value-accretive economy, and educational programs to train and onboard workers into web3 opportunities.
