I have a degree in Forensic Psychology, 22 years of recruitment experience, 12 years in retained search and selection working with clients in the FTSE & Fortune top 100. I have a further 10 years in the Employee Benefits, Reward & Recognition, Incentives, and Gift Card industries, coupled with a strong foundation in the Employee Engagement and Loyalty sectors. In addition, after conservatively conducting 12-15,000 interviews in my career, I share my knowledge, process and experience to senior managers through the Trifecta recruitment training methodology, which is tailored to each client, based on their challenges and pain points.
