Who you are

• Firewall build & configuration experience and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Cisco Zone Based firewalls
• Knowledge of application protocols
• Knowledge of IDS/IPS and Content filtering
• Experience with High Availability solutions
• Routing experience
• Incident management, problem, and change management
• Ability to interpret design documentation and define rulesets
• Collaborative working approaches

Desirables

• Juniper SRX firewalls
• Exposure to McAfee Sidewinder Firewall conversion
• Switching experience

What the job involves

• Grow and support our prestigious central government customers as part of the SDWAN Support team.
• Lead daily operations and support of a new service in the SDWAN portfolio.
• Gain exposure to multiple network technologies including SDWAN deployments within the UK's Secure Sector.
