Requirements
- At least two years of experience in IT support at 2nd Line level
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure servers and networks
- Active Directory knowledge
- Understanding of virtualisation including Hyper-V or VMware
- Ability to plan organise and adapt to changing tasks
- Strong analytical logical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Day to day
- Provide remote 2nd line infrastructure support for client systems during night shifts.
- Manage Microsoft Windows Server administration and Active Directory tasks across multiple organisations.
- Carry out monitoring maintenance and patching while resolving service requests within SLA targets.
- Liaise confidently with customers by phone and email and work both independently and as part of a team.
