Requirements
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure networking and security principles
- Experience with routing and switching plus WAN/LAN technologies
- Knowledge of firewall solutions physical and virtual
- Strong knowledge of Fortinet SDWAN firewall switch technologies
- Experience with Cisco ISE and Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi
- Experience maintaining SIEM DLP vulnerability management cyber threat intelligence and endpoint protection controls
- Ability to support 24/7 operations on a DuPont shift pattern
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship

Day to day
- Provide 3rd line technical support across infrastructure network and security operations in a 24/7 managed service environment.

- Work closely with high profile customers and stakeholders to maintain secure best-practice IT operations and support automation-led improvements.
