Requirements

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure networking and security principles
  • Experience with routing and switching plus WAN/LAN technologies
  • Knowledge of firewall solutions physical and virtual
  • Strong knowledge of Fortinet SDWAN firewall switch technologies
  • Experience with Cisco ISE and Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi
  • Experience maintaining SIEM DLP vulnerability management cyber threat intelligence and endpoint protection controls
  • Ability to support 24/7 operations on a DuPont shift pattern
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship

Day to day

  • Provide 3rd line technical support across infrastructure network and security operations in a 24/7 managed service environment.
  • Monitor troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring reliable uninterrupted service for clients.
  • Work closely with high profile customers and stakeholders to maintain secure best-practice IT operations and support automation-led improvements.
