- Hold a City & Guilds Level 1 F Gas & OCS Refrigeration Category 1
- Experience in Facilities Management industry
- Knowledge of HVAC/Mechanical systems, maintenance, and fault-finding
Nice to have
- 18th Edition certification
- IT Literate
- Good understanding of UK Health and Safety legislation
Day to day
- Help deliver hard facilities management and project works for properties regionally
- Frequent travel to various locations within the UK including overnight stays
- Manage planned maintenance tasks, subcontractors, health and safety documentation
