Requirements
- Minimum of two years previous security systems field service experience
- Required experience in two or more systems: C Cure 9000 CEM AC2000 Cardax Genetec S2 Lenel OnGuard Casi Picture Perfect Honeywell Winpak or Prowatch
- Solid technical skills in electronic security building automation systems or fire alarm systems
- Solid programming skills and proven troubleshooting ability
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and ability to handle multiple service needs
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office Outlook Word Excel
- City and Guilds ONC HNC in Electronics or Electrical Engineering preferred or relevant trade designation
Day to day
- Provide customer and technical support for moderately complex installed security systems
- Respond to service calls scheduled maintenance emergency and after-hours calls while diagnosing troubleshooting repairing and debugging problems
- Carry out systems checkout technical assistance maintenance repair routines and small project installations
- Complete accurate service reports collaborate with team members and maintain a professional customer-focused presence
