Who you are

• Passion for sports, entertainment, music, or lifestyle culture
• Minimum 7 years experience in sponsorship or experiential marketing
• Significant marketing partnership/sponsorship experience in agency setting
• Experience with global rights holders, preferably Olympics
• Confident presenting to senior clients and partners
• Business process knowledge for sports sponsorship, event marketing, and communications
• Ability to create and implement strategic marketing plans
• Oversee executional deliverables and activations
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience leading teams

What the job involves

• Lead and oversee day-to-day of client’s global Olympic sponsorship
• Support and execute overall sponsorship strategy
• Handle multiple integrated groups for partnership execution
• Manage relationships with key sponsorship partners and vendors
• Develop and manage sponsorship branding assets and integrations
• Build, manage, and track program budget
• Oversee direct reports and support career development
• Domestic & international travel required
