Requirements
- Entrepreneurial consultancy skillset

- Extensive track record of developing and delivering communication strategies
- Knowledge of legislation, policy and guidance relating to pre-application consultation for NSIPs and TCPA planning applications
- Experience of managing consultation feedback and analysis
- Experience of preparing a statutory Consultation Report for a Development Consent Order application

- Responsible for the profitability and productivity of a portfolio of client accounts and projects
- Responsible for development and execution of account strategy
- Overall commercial ownership for portfolio of accounts including forecast management
- Line management responsibility for junior employees including workload planning and performance management
