Who you are

  • Possess 3-5 years of quota-carrying experience in sales with a track record of closing deals.
  • Strong skills in prospecting qualifying and negotiating using a consultative sales approach.
  • Experience in the Banking and Wealth vertical and knowledge of financial services products.
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions across all levels of banking organizations.
  • Strong interest in and capacity to learn technical aspects of Plaid's APIs.

Desirables

  • Experience in high-growth environments
  • API knowledge



What the job involves

  • Develop and lead new enterprise deals in the Banking and Wealth segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
  • Engage with multiple levels of a banking organization to promote and sell Plaid's products and services.
  • Work closely with sales marketing and product teams to identify and address gaps in solutions for financial institutions.
  • Manage sales pipelines and provide accurate sales forecasts.
