Day to day

  • Research and qualify prospective clients across risk resilience business continuity crisis management and operational resilience
  • Conduct outreach through calls LinkedIn email and CRM tools to book qualified discovery meetings
  • Support sales conversations by understanding client needs pain points and potential use cases for Battleground Live
  • Maintain accurate CRM records across contacts companies deals tasks and follow-ups
  • Assist with Battleground Live implementations including requirements capture configuration support and client coordination
  • Help develop and roll out agreed AI solutions that improve sales delivery and internal operations
