Day to day
- Research and qualify prospective clients across risk resilience business continuity crisis management and operational resilience
- Conduct outreach through calls LinkedIn email and CRM tools to book qualified discovery meetings
- Support sales conversations by understanding client needs pain points and potential use cases for Battleground Live
- Maintain accurate CRM records across contacts companies deals tasks and follow-ups
- Assist with Battleground Live implementations including requirements capture configuration support and client coordination
- Help develop and roll out agreed AI solutions that improve sales delivery and internal operations
