Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business engineering construction management or related discipline
  • 8+ years of enterprise or construction technology sales experience
  • Proven success closing complex multi-million-dollar deals in critical infrastructure markets
  • Knowledge of hyperscale colocation and mission-critical infrastructure markets
  • Working knowledge of BAS PLC DDC controls SCADA platforms OT networks and central plant systems
  • Strong negotiation and contract structuring skills
  • Effective client-facing communication skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles
  • Ability to travel up to 25% including all 50 states

Day to day

  • Owns client acquisition and revenue growth for mission-critical BAS SCADA OT network and central plant integration projects
  • Leads the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and relationship development to negotiation and close across hyperscale and colocation data center accounts
  • Partners with estimating engineering operations and project management to align technical solutions commercial strategy and account expansion
