- Recent graduate or up to two years' experience in communications digital content or a related role
- Strong communication and content skills with the ability to translate technical agrifood topics into clear compelling messages
- Hands-on digital marketing experience across web email and social media channels
- Ability to manage multiple projects prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Relevant experience in agrifood agriculture food systems sustainability or related sectors is highly beneficial
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools to track digital performance and inform recommendations
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a distributed team with a proactive solutions-focused approach
- Ability to plan shoot and edit short-form videos and photos and design graphics using tools like Canva or CapCut
- Experience using content management and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social

Day to day
- Support and manage client content across agriculture food and rural sectors, delivering projects on time on brief and creatively

- Create and brief digital content collaborate with internal teams and clients and monitor performance across social and digital channels
- Assist in identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to a fun busy progressive team environment
