Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent education and experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in mid-market sales with a proven track record of consistent sales quota achievement
Experience in security, storage, SaaS, or related sales
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong technological, spreadsheet, and CRM skills
Highly motivated, self-starter, with excellent organizational skills

Be a major contributor to Arctic Wolf's fast-growth success by driving growth through sales campaigns and achieving sales goals
Identify and engage with net new prospects in the assigned territory through various means including discovery calls, partner meetings, events, and personal prospecting
Leverage knowledge of Arctic Wolf Networks CyberSoc capabilities and industry context to effectively position services and conduct intelligent sales campaigns
