Who you are

  • 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience
  • Experience growing enterprise accounts and applying strategies that result in successful outcomes
  • Extensive experience working with manufacturing accounts in the UKI
  • Experience engaging and building C-level and executive relationships
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance targets
  • Proactively engage with customers with a consultative approach
  • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities
  • Know how to create alignment and orchestrate internal account teams
  • Experience using a CRM to achieve and correlate key performance metrics
  • Lead territory and strategic account plans
  • Experience leading account teams to promote successful customer outcomes
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and proactively build a network with internal and external stakeholders

What the job involves

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and negotiate complex contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement named Account or Territory plans to maximize expansion opportunities and ensure high levels of customer success
  • Identify and qualify leads, deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
