8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience
Experience growing enterprise accounts and applying strategies that result in successful outcomes
Extensive experience working with manufacturing accounts in the UKI
Experience engaging and building C-level and executive relationships
Proven track record of exceeding performance targets
Proactively engage with customers with a consultative approach
Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities
Know how to create alignment and orchestrate internal account teams
Experience using a CRM to achieve and correlate key performance metrics
Lead territory and strategic account plans
Experience leading account teams to promote successful customer outcomes
Ability to partner cross-functionally and proactively build a network with internal and external stakeholders

What the job involves
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and negotiate complex contracts
Collaborate with internal teams such as Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to ensure customer satisfaction
Develop and implement named Account or Territory plans to maximize expansion opportunities and ensure high levels of customer success
Identify and qualify leads, deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
