What the job involves
Responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and negotiating complex contracts
Collaborate with internal teams, including Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers, to ensure customer satisfaction
Develop and implement Account or Territory plans to maximise expansion opportunities and customer success
