  • Experience selling into energy utilities power generation commodities trading risk or portfolio management environments
  • Familiarity with energy trading operations commodity portfolio management forecasting scheduling market analysis or financial exposure tracking
  • Ability to articulate technical software capabilities to business and operational stakeholders
  • Strong prospecting negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Experience in smaller or high-growth environments with autonomy and initiative
  • Comfort operating as an independent contributor across long consultative sales cycles
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and pipeline analytics tools
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Energy Management Finance or related discipline preferred

Day to day

  • Drive full-cycle consultative sales across energy utilities and commodities trading accounts
  • Prospect qualify and close new enterprise opportunities while building a strong pipeline
  • Lead technical discovery product demonstrations proposal development and contract negotiations
  • Work closely with product implementation and support teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Translate complex operational and commercial challenges into clear value-driven software solutions
