Requirements
- Proven success in enterprise software or solution-based B2B sales
- Experience selling into energy utilities power generation commodities trading risk or portfolio management environments
- Familiarity with energy trading operations commodity portfolio management forecasting scheduling market analysis or financial exposure tracking
- Ability to articulate technical software capabilities to business and operational stakeholders
- Strong prospecting negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience in smaller or high-growth environments with autonomy and initiative
- Comfort operating as an independent contributor across long consultative sales cycles
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and pipeline analytics tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Energy Management Finance or related discipline preferred

Day to day
- Drive full-cycle consultative sales across energy utilities and commodities trading accounts
- Prospect qualify and close new enterprise opportunities while building a strong pipeline
- Lead technical discovery product demonstrations proposal development and contract negotiations
- Work closely with product implementation and support teams to align solutions with client needs
- Translate complex operational and commercial challenges into clear value-driven software solutions
