Requirements
- 5 years+ experience in B2G sales
- Preferably startup experience
- Ability to manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal negotiation and closing
- Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
- Comfort working remotely with high accountability using CRM and sales tools
- Analytical skills to understand customer needs and interpret data-driven insights
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with marketing product and customer success teams
- Prior experience selling to municipalities government agencies or transportation and infrastructure organizations is a plus

Day to day
- Manage the full sales cycle for public sector and enterprise customers from prospecting to closing
- Identify and qualify prospects while leading discovery calls and tailored product demonstrations
- Build strong relationships with municipal and infrastructure stakeholders and translate customer needs into value-based solutions
