Requirements

  • 5 years+ experience in B2G sales
  • Preferably startup experience
  • Ability to manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal negotiation and closing
  • Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Comfort working remotely with high accountability using CRM and sales tools
  • Analytical skills to understand customer needs and interpret data-driven insights
  • Collaborative mindset to work closely with marketing product and customer success teams
  • Prior experience selling to municipalities government agencies or transportation and infrastructure organizations is a plus

Day to day

  • Manage the full sales cycle for public sector and enterprise customers from prospecting to closing
  • Identify and qualify prospects while leading discovery calls and tailored product demonstrations
  • Build strong relationships with municipal and infrastructure stakeholders and translate customer needs into value-based solutions
