• 5+ years of Enterprise Software Sales experience
• Located in Eastern time zone in Canada or US
• Experience growing mid-market accounts
• Experience with internal account teams alignment
• Experience managing key customer relationships
• Experience closing strategic sales opportunities
• Experience using CRM for key performance metrics
• Experience building and leading account plans
• Experience coordinating Account teams for successful customer outcomes
• Proactive and consultative approach with customers
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Contributes positively to team culture

What the job involves

• Develop and implement account or territory plans maximizing expansion opportunities
• Execute sales in mid-market segment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and propose suitable solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase value
• Presenting contracts, pricing, and terms
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
• Provide sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Travel occasionally to meet clients and attend events
