Who you are

  • Strong background of value/consultative selling complex solutions or technology 5+ years of sales experience preferably in Software or Business Applications selling to cross industry segment
  • Experience selling at the C level
  • Industry experience with Financial Services
  • Familiarity with how businesses operate to identify gaps or opportunities
  • Thorough experience understanding business challenges and conveying technical concepts
  • Outstanding communication skills in-person, phone, email, social media
  • Track record of success in achieving activity metrics
  • Strong planning skills and proficiency in MS office and CRM Salesforce, SalesLoft
  • Confident, independent worker and resourceful

Desirables

  • Self-motivated to operate within a highly autonomous sales environment
  • Previous experience selling professional services and/or software
  • Proven results while working remotely



What the job involves

  • Identify and partner with prospects to understand what challenges or initiatives they may be facing
  • Convey how our consultancy merits further discussion around solving those problems
  • Build positive, trusted relationships with c-suite decision makers and key team members
  • Take ownership of lead generation for a specified region
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned with customer business objectives
  • Create and execute new cadences, campaigns, driving event attendance, and multi-pronged approach into leads
