Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles
  • Enterprise sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication presentation and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated highly organized and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • High EQ with empathy negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Day to day

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline while advancing deals through each stage of the sales process.
  • Conduct needs analysis, deliver persuasive demos and proposals, and clearly communicate ROI to diverse stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate closely with marketing customer success and other teams.
