Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience managing complex sales cycles
- Enterprise sales experience preferred
- Strong communication presentation and influencing skills
- Self-motivated highly organized and able to work independently
- Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM tools
- High EQ with empathy negotiation and problem-solving skills

Day to day
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise-level opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline while advancing deals through each stage of the sales process.
- Conduct needs analysis, deliver persuasive demos and proposals, and clearly communicate ROI to diverse stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate closely with marketing customer success and other teams.
