Industry knowledge in CX/Customer experience, contact centers, chatbots, or quality assurance preferred
Experience selling in UK/Ireland and Nordics region with customer network
Expertise in new logo acquisition (80% focus initially) and farming existing accounts
Familiar with fast-paced US/Private equity B2B SaaS scale-ups

Comfortable with remote work, strong work ethic, time management, self-motivation
Ideally located in UK/Ireland, English mastery required, German is a plus

What the job involves
Develop a robust prospection strategy in collaboration with marketing and business development teams, focusing on the right industries, companies, and personas through social media, events, cold calling, emails
Qualify business fit using proven sales methodologies like MEDDPICC while articulating Cyara’s value proposition
Deliver compelling, tailor-made sales and product presentations with support from the Solution Sales team
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, act as trusted advisor, leverage executive sponsorship
Negotiate agreements, handle customer objections, and use trading techniques for mutually beneficial outcomes
Close deals by overcoming obstacles and securing contract agreements and purchase orders with support from legal and finance teams
Build a comprehensive plan for achieving quotas, incorporating Territory Planning, Account Planning, and Close/Win Planning
Provide weekly opportunity updates for accurate forecasts and proactively address obstacles
Maintain planning tools for facilitating cross-functional discussions, deal reviews, and engagement with Executives
