Day to day
- Conduct discovery meetings with assigned merchants to understand their current payment processing setup and business needs
- Prepare clear cost comparisons and present tailored proposals that show savings and operational improvements
- Answer merchant questions, hand off signed accounts to the onboarding team, and maintain ongoing contact with active accounts
