Requirements
- 3+ years in an advertising agency or comparable industry
- Experience in casino gaming industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship building and client service skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Experience with integrated marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in advertising or marketing preferred or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to work EST or CST hours
- Ability to travel to client locations as needed

Day to day
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as the main contact for brand requests and updates.
- Gather client, product and competitor insights to support agency education, strategy and campaign planning.
- Coordinate creative briefs, review work for strategic alignment and communicate feedback quickly across departments.
- Provide thoughtful input on integrated marketing activity while helping resolve issues and supporting billing and budget updates.
