Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Economics Information Systems or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Account Management Business Development Sales or Customer Relationship Management
- Experience in a B2B services technology or consulting environment preferred
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
- Strong communication organizational and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint and Office Suite

Day to day
- Manage and grow assigned client accounts across the North America region while building strong customer relationships.
- Support senior account managers with strategic enterprise accounts and coordinate meetings follow-ups and account activities.
- Maintain CRM data prepare presentations proposals and reports and collaborate with delivery teams to drive renewals expansion and sales opportunities.
