Who you are

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales in software or software-related products, ideally with a background in Logistics
  • Experience selling into the UK markets
  • Well organized, a fast learner and persistent in pursuing goals with the readiness to go the extra mile for our clients
  • Strong team player but still an independent self-starter
  • Ability to effortlessly make complex contractual and technical details sound simple for clients to understand
  • Well-structured with the ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple deals concurrently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high fluency and articulation in English (both written and spoken)
  • A willingness to keep learning and pushing yourself to higher and higher levels
  • A high affinity for software sales and interest in e-commerce and logistics is a plus



What the job involves

  • Find and progress sales opportunities that lead to qualified deals, signed agreements, and conversion of new clients
  • Deep understanding of client's business environment, proactively assesses, clarifies and validates clients’ needs on an ongoing basis
  • Define and execute account-based prospecting strategies, as well as apply value-based sales methodologies to convey the value of our platform
  • Partner closely with teammates from solution consulting, product, leadership and customer success teams to support in the progression and closing of new deals, and thereby optimize the sales process
  • Execute pitch presentations and product demos for clients, by educating them and creating awareness for Parcel Perform’s products
  • Manage high-level conversations with C-suites and senior stakeholders of E-commerce enterprises to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals
  • Manage your sales pipeline and ensure timely internal and external reporting, by consistently updating our Hubspot CRM
  • Participate in team‐building and company‐growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care
