- 5+ years in technology account management/sales; software/solution background is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in the Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care Industry highly preferred.
- Strong skills in presentations consultative approach and strategic thinking.

Day to day
- Establish productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinate company resources to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Manage sales life cycle and meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume in designated accounts.
- Lead strategic account planning and solution development efforts to address customer needs.
