Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience ideally in software or services to medical practices or healthcare organizations
- Comfortable running a consultative sales process with clinician buyers
- Self-directed and organized with the ability to manage a full pipeline
- Familiarity with direct care or DPC space is a strong plus
- Experience with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management

Day to day
- Own the full sales cycle for new clinic acquisition from first conversation to signed contract
- Build and manage a pipeline of independent clinics in primary care family medicine pediatrics and specialty care
- Run discovery calls product demos and follow-up sequences while educating clinicians on the direct care model and SigmaMD's value
- Collaborate with onboarding and customer success to ensure a smooth handoff and represent SigmaMD at conferences events and industry associations
