Requirements
- 4+ years of direct B2B sales experience
- Cold calling and prospecting experience with proven sales achievements
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate customer needs into sales opportunities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Teams
- Ability to understand technical product applications or learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Dock Door or industrial sales is ideal
- Willingness to learn adapt and close deals in evolving environments
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is ideal
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license for the state of employment

Day to day
- Sell loading dock equipment and services to manufacturing warehouses and distribution centers within an assigned territory
- Prospect new opportunities and build trusted relationships with Operations Managers to grow customer accounts
- Conduct site surveys and educate customers on products services and technical solutions to improve operations
