Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct B2B sales experience
  • Cold calling and prospecting experience with proven sales achievements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate customer needs into sales opportunities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to understand technical product applications or learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Dock Door or industrial sales is ideal
  • Willingness to learn adapt and close deals in evolving environments
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is ideal
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license for the state of employment

Day to day

  • Sell loading dock equipment and services to manufacturing warehouses and distribution centers within an assigned territory
  • Prospect new opportunities and build trusted relationships with Operations Managers to grow customer accounts
  • Conduct site surveys and educate customers on products services and technical solutions to improve operations
