Who you are

  • 5 years of sales experience with 3 years closing £30k+ ACV deals
  • SDR background, strong prospecting and 70%+ outbound sourced pipeline
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with C-suite
  • Charisma to make boring topics interesting
  • Structured and process-oriented selling approach
  • Ability to work independently from home and commute into London 1-2 days per week
  • Natural curiosity and strong questioning skills
  • Alignment with our values



What the job involves

  • Sell data protection solution to SMBs
  • Manage full 360 sales cycle and close deals ranging from £20-£50k ACV
  • Emphasize on prospecting with a pipeline of 70% outbound and 30% inbound deals
  • Use sales playbook to identify, manage, and close deals, and proactively improve it
  • Work closely with Head of Revenue to develop consultative sales skills
  • Engage with senior stakeholders such as COOs and CEOs throughout sales process
