What the job involves

• Manage and oversee client accounts for 7 and 8 figure brands
• Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to develop cohesive and effective email marketing campaigns
• Analyze and leverage customer insights and performance data to optimize email content and strategies
• Create segments, execute split tests, work with 3rd party apps to integrate with Klaviyo, migrate and warm up ESPs, accomplish client's strategic short and long term goals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends, email marketing best practices, and the capabilities of the Klaviyo and Shopify platforms
• Understand basic structure for creating emails, ensuring copy is delivered with structure for designers to create emails
