Day to day
- Manage existing customer accounts to drive satisfaction and retain business while developing value propositions for growth.
- Create detailed price quotes and deliver presentations, samples, and prototypes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner closely with production customer service accounts receivable logistics and plants to support sales goals and uncover new opportunities.
