Who you are

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role
  • Experience in developing business within existing client accounts
  • Ability to take on New Business requirements when required
  • Experience of working with Azure and/or 3rd party Azure related products
  • Knowledge of FinOps is an advantage
  • Experience working with SaaS products
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid experience with CRM software
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Some travel required, including European travel
  • Occasional travel to Head Office in Kent
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically

  • Manage and nurture customer relationships from initial onboarding through lifecycle
