  • Experience in account management or customer service environment

What the job involves

  • Manage a customer portfolio worth 1 million pounds with face-to-face meetings and team calls
  • Conduct audits, educate customers on using services, and discuss new opportunities
  • Support the sales teams in onboarding new clients, build and maintain customer relationships, and identify needs to improve profitability
  • Offer new service lines, resolve issues, train customer contacts, upsell/cross sell new services
  • Complete all reporting and CRM updates in a timely manner, and search for improved work processes
