Who you are

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant, or proven QBE experience with current qualifications
  • Experience using or training on accountancy systems
  • Background in customer service with strong communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Forms, and Power Automate

What the job involves

  • Train new school clients, helping them configure and set up financial systems
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to design bespoke training programmes
  • Conduct training sessions both online and onsite
  • Assist in creating and refining training courses and materials
  • Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings
  • Work closely with Customer Account Managers to ensure schools are maximizing their use
  • Promote and introduce new modules and features to schools
