Requirements
- Previous experience in a finance role such as Accounts Payable Payroll or Billing required
- Proficiency in bank and other financial reconciliations
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities

Day to day
- Perform daily settlement reconciliations for incoming donations
- Handle and resolve chargebacks and bounce backs as well as other bank-related issues
- Analyze card fee and other payment costs across JustGiving platforms
- Conduct investigation of discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary
- Support the audit teams with information gathering and reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of Gift Aid back-end management
- Play a key role in the team by helping with budget planning and performance measurements
