Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Prior relevant bookkeeping experience preferred or equivalent education and in-depth accounting knowledge
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulation
- Ability to establish and maintain databases, keep complex records and files, and analyze financial data
- Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Day to day
- Overseeing the Month-End Close process for clients
- Preparation of year-end audit schedules
- Transaction processing
- Preparation and monitoring of development draw packages
- Review of audited financial statements
- Manage client relationships, answer questions, present financial statements
