Requirements
- 3–5 years of accounting and multistate payroll experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial statements
- Strong Excel skills and QuickBooks experience
- Experience working with large amounts of data including data extraction and management

Day to day
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable while supporting accurate month-end close activities
- Process multistate payroll with care and maintain precise payroll records
- Reconcile accounts benefits and financial data while handling large volumes of transactional information
- Help improve accounting systems and workflows and support staff at the annual conference and bookfair
