Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Required 5+ years of progressive accounting financial reporting audit or regulatory reporting experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP internal controls SOX compliance and financial reporting requirements
- Experience supporting regulatory reporting and external audits preferred
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency with financial systems reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Day to day
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records across core functions
- Prepare timely financial reports management packages and meaningful analysis to support leadership decisions
- Support SEC Federal Reserve and FFIEC reporting internal controls audits and process improvements
