Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from AACSB accreditation
  • 5+ years in financial planning analysis and modeling
  • Advanced accounting journal entry and GAAP experience
  • Strong advanced Excel skills including formulas pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Ability to present complex financial information to non-financial audiences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP Oracle or similar financial systems
  • Experience with nonprofit organizations is preferred
  • Master’s degree in Accounting is preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced GL software is preferred

Day to day

  • Oversee nonprofit financial operations including AP AR cash flow reconciliations and monthly financial packages
  • Partner with the CFCO and project directors to support budgeting forecasting reporting and strategic financial planning
  • Lead compliance audit support grant accounting and process improvements across a growing portfolio of projects
