  • Degree in accounting or finance
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Public accounting and controller experience a plus
  • CPA preferred
  • Experience with M&A transactions
  • Significant knowledge of GAAP

  • Experience with financial tech stack applications preferred

Day to day

  • Lead audit coordination and financial disclosure activities for M&A transactions, including post-close true-up support.
  • Oversee onboarding of new acquisitions onto the finance tech stack and ensure finance operations are integrated smoothly.
  • Partner with deal teams, diligence teams, controllers, auditors, and HR to manage timelines, resolve issues, and improve the onboarding process.
