Requirements
- Degree in accounting or finance
- 8+ years of experience
- Public accounting and controller experience a plus
- CPA preferred
- Experience with M&A transactions
- Significant knowledge of GAAP
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Experience with financial tech stack applications preferred
- Team oriented and eager to scale a business

Day to day
- Lead audit coordination and financial disclosure activities for M&A transactions, including post-close true-up support.
- Oversee onboarding of new acquisitions onto the finance tech stack and ensure finance operations are integrated smoothly.
- Partner with deal teams, diligence teams, controllers, auditors, and HR to manage timelines, resolve issues, and improve the onboarding process.
