Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Required
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- 2+ years supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and full-cycle accounting
- Expertise in general ledger management financial reporting reconciliations and month-end close
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ownership accountability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Willingness to perform assigned tasks in support of firm growth

Day to day
- Own the general ledger end to end with accuracy and strong accountability
- Lead monthly and year-end close processes while preparing reconciliations and financial statements
- Coach a small accounting team and partner across departments to improve controls systems and reporting
- Support audits special projects and leadership decisions with clear commentary and actionable insights
